I have been involved as a Team Beachbody coach for 5 years; and over that time I have found that there is absolutely nothing crazy or complicated to being a coach! It's simply people helping people in a genuine and sincere way. You have a love for health and want to share that with others.
Beachbody is about FITNESS. Real People doing Real and hard work, no shortcuts or gimmicks. It's not about being perfect, being a professional or feeling you have to train anyone. You follow the Celebrity trainers from Beachbody, they are the professionals! You are there to challenge yourself as well as encourage and lift others up in their goals. Nutrition is a top priority, constantly sharing what you learn is what we do; and being honest with others when you'd rather have a donut then chicken (so me). Simple as that!
