The first week of every beginning of every month I host a themed Challenge
in my Fit Cheetah Elite group. It changes monthly and we focus on
daily exercise, meal planning, body positivity and changing our mental
habits. It's a great place to have accountability and constant support while
you work toward your individual goals.
Just about anyone! It doesn't matter if you have 5 pounds or 50 pounds to lose. Maybe you may want to increase your flexibility and stamina. Build muscle mass or tone up all over. In your own home! That is the beauty of the Cheetah challenge, everything can be done in the convenience of your own place. However, you can still participate in any gym as well. Super convenient, right? We host it in our private group on Facebook, and often times use a Challenge tracker app to log in workouts and stats, to stay extra accountable. I am checking on you daily and the group is there to celebrate in your victories, offer tips that have been helping them and just overall support and a shoulder to lean on when you're feeling frustrated and need to vent a little.
The Challenges are all about YOU. Yep, all about you and your goals. Like mentioned above, there will be a different themes each month, but the focus is still the same, YOU -Your progress mentally and physically. Your individual needs will be addresses and a plan matched up to those goals. You will have a full workout schedule given, detailed with workout moves/nutrition and what to do daily.
