Shakeology Vanilla Mug Cake
1/4 cup Almond Milk or regular Milk
2 Egg Whites
1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
Few shakes of Cinnamon spice
1/2 Banana
Blend well for 30 seconds
Pour into overly tall and wide microwave safe mug (too small it's going to bubble over!) - I spray my mug with Pam first.
Microwave for 2 mins
Cool for 40 seconds
Flip over mug onto plate
Top with melted 1Tbs Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Spice and other half of Banana.
